  • What are the festival hours?
     Saturday, November 9
    Festival Gates open at 11am
    Music ends at 12:00am

     Sunday, November 10
    Festival Gates open at 11am
    Music ends at 11:00pm
  • Are the tacos free?
     No BUT we have a huge selection of vendors to pick from!
  • How many taco vendors will you have?
     A LOT. LA Taco is curating the line up this year which means we will have the best options available. 
  • What am I allowed to bring to the festival?
     Check our allowed/prohibited items list here.
  • What is the bag policy?
     Backpacks (example: Regular Size Jansport Backpack) 16in X 13in X 9in or smaller with 1 large compartment 1 small compartment
  • Will there be lockers?
     Yes! Please visit Tropicalialockers.com to reserve one in advance before they sell out.
  • Is the festival all ages?
     Yes. Children 5 and under are free and must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. 
  • Is there re-entry?
     No. If you exit the festival, you will not be allowed to re-enter.
  • What is the limit of tickets I can purchase?
     Six (6). Orders that exceed the ticket limit and/or duplicate orders are subject to cancellation without notice. This includes any orders sharing names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses.
  • Are Payment Plans available?

  • I placed an order but did not receive my ticket(s).

  • Will All Tickets Will be Honored at the new venue?
    All tickets will be honored at the new venue. If you have questions about the new venue please email us.
  • Can my ticket be scanned from my mobile device?
     Yes, scanners are equipped to scan mobile passes. BUT we highly recommend that you print your ticket out to avoid any delays at entry due to dim, dirty or glared phone screens.
  • Is Tropicalia ADA Accessible?
     Yes, please visit our ADA page or email contact@tenfiftyent.com for any questions or concerns.
  • Will the schedule be available in advance?
     Yes, set times will be posted closer to the festival date.
  • Will there be free water refill stations?
  • Are water bottles allowed?
     Yes, empty plastic water bottles and Camelbaks (64 oz or less) are allowed. No metal water bottles are permitted including Hydro Flasks, Swell bottles or any stainless steel/similar.
  • Can I bring a camera?
     A phone camera or small point & shoot without interchangeable lenses are allowed. No video or professional cameras will be allowed into the event. GoPros are fine, but no poles or extenders will be permitted.
  • I have dietary restrictions, will there be vegan, vegetarian or gluten free food options available?
  • Will there be Breast Pumping Stations?
     Recently give birth? Need a place to pump and store? We got mom’s covered! B.Y.O.P. (Bring Your Own Pump). Upon arrival simply ask to check in with a Safety Ops Manager at the front entrance into the festival, and they'll show you where the private pump area is located. Refrigeration available.
  • Are prescription medications and medical devices allowed into the festival?
     Yes. Prescription medications are allowed if they are in a container with a prescription label that includes a name that matches your ID. No loose pills or medication are permitted. For temperature-sensitive medications, please check in with a Safety Ops Manager at the front entrance into the festival, and they’ll show you where the medical tent is located which will have a refrigerator. Medical will also have power available to charge medical devices and a sharps disposal container for those that inject medications.
