  • Where is Tropicalia?
     Tropicalia is located at the Pico Rivera Sports Arena Grounds, 11003 Rooks Rd., Pico Rivera, CA 90601
  • Are the tacos free?
     No BUT we have a huge selection of vendors to pick from!
  • How many taco vendors will you have?
     A LOT. LA Taco is curating the line up this year which means we will have the best options available. 
  • What am I allowed to bring to the festival?
     Check our allowed/prohibited items list here.
  • What is the bag policy?
     Backpacks (example: Regular Size Jansport Backpack) 16in X 13in X 9in or smaller with 1 large compartment 1 small compartment
  • Is the festival all ages?
     Yes. Children 5 and under are free and must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. 
  • Is there re-entry?
     No. If you exit the festival, you will not be allowed to re-enter.
  • What is the limit of tickets I can purchase?
     Six (6). Orders that exceed the ticket limit and/or duplicate orders are subject to cancellation without notice. This includes any orders sharing names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses.
  • Are Payment Plans available?

  • I placed an order but did not receive my ticket(s).
    E-tickets will start to be sent approximately 2 weeks before the event date. For any additional questions, please call or email Festival Ticketing Support.

  • I am no longer able to attend, can I get a refund?
    Refunds are not provided for any reason. We’ve partnered with Lyte so you can return passes to other fans once the ticket type sells out. More information can be found here.
  • Can my ticket be scanned from my mobile device?
     Yes, scanners are equipped to scan mobile passes. BUT we highly recommend that you print your ticket out to avoid any delays at entry due to dim, dirty or glared phone screens.
  • Is Tropicalia ADA Accessible?
     Yes, please visit our ADA page or email contact@tenfiftyent.com for any questions or concerns.
  • Will the schedule be available in advance?
     Yes, set times will be posted closer to the festival date.
  • Will there be free water refill stations?
  • Are water bottles allowed?
     Yes, empty plastic water bottles and Camelbaks (64 oz or less) are allowed. No metal water bottles are permitted including Hydro Flasks, Swell bottles or any stainless steel/similar.
  • Can I bring a camera?
     A phone camera or small point & shoot without interchangeable lenses are allowed. No video or professional cameras will be allowed into the event. GoPros are fine, but no poles or extenders will be permitted.
  • I have dietary restrictions, will there be vegan, vegetarian or gluten free food options available?
